New Delhi: State Bank of India’s (SBI) internet banking portal offers a wide range of facilities to its customers. In this service, SBI customers can apply for their account balance, financial transfer, request for new check book and debit card. Apart from these services, customers also have the facility to create fixed deposit and continuous deposit accounts at SBI through Internet Banking. Use of Internet Banking requires a username and login password.
The SBI Internet Banking facility allows you to conduct banking transactions with the security and convenience of your home. With this service, you can transact anywhere, anytime.

SBI tweeted on its Twitter account that the customer can handle a total of 8 tasks through internet banking as they sit at home.
These include money transfer, applying for an ATM card, work related to deposit account, bill payment, saving bank account statement, applying for check book, starting and stopping UPI, paying tax etc.
