New Delhi: The State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest public sector lender, offers a variety of online services to its clients. The State Bank of India’s Internet banking service, known as Online SBI, allows both individual and corporate customers to access their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere. However, to open an online banking account with OnlineSBI, you need to create a strong user ID and password. With an increasing number of online scams and scams in mind, lenders have recently shared a variety of ways to create strong passwords to avoid cybercrime. Lenders recently said through Twitter’s handle that “strong passwords guarantee a higher level of security.
Here are eight ways to create an unbreakable password:
1) Use a combination of both uppercase and lowercase letters. Example: aBjsE7uG
2) Use both numbers and symbols (eg AbjsE7uG61! @).
3) Use at least 8 characters to ensure sufficient security. Example: aBjsE7uG
4) Do not use words in common dictionaries. Example: it islocked or thisismypassword
5) Do not use easy-to-remember keyboard paths such as “qwerty” or “asdfg”.Instead, play with your keyboard and add emojis like “:)”, “: /”, etc.
6) Do not keep explicit passwords like 12345678 or abcdefg.
7) Do not use easy-to-guess substitutions like DOORBELL-DOOR8377.
8) Keep your password long and do not associate it with your family / birthday etc. Example: Ramesh @ 1967.
Your password is your signature. Make it unique and powerful, according to SBI. The State Bank of India is India’s largest public sector bank, with more than 15,000 branches and five affiliated banks in remote parts of the country.
