SBI SO Recruitment 2021: Qualifications and Qualification Criteria
Assistant Manager-Engineer (Civil Engineering) -Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a mark of 60% or higher.
Assistant Manager-Engineer (Electrical) -Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a mark of 60% or higher.
Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication) – Candidates must have a full-time MBA (Marketing) / Full-time PGDM, or an equivalent that specializes in marketing from government-approved / approved agencies.
Deputy Manager (Agri Spl) – Candidates must have a Rural Management MBA / PGDM or an Agricultural Business MBA / PGDM / Rural Management Graduate Diploma / Agricultural Graduate School as a full-time course from an accredited laboratory / university ..
Relationship Manager (OMP) – Candidates must have a BE / B.Tech with an MBA / PGDM specializing in marketing or an equivalent degree (as a full-time course). Over 5 years of experience as of July 1, 2021.
Product Manager (OMP) – Candidates must have a B.Tech / BE degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics and Communication, along with an MBA / PGDM or equivalent degree (as a full-time course). The institute should be approved / approved by the government. Body / AICTE certification adds value: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Product Manager / Product Owner.
