Yono and Yono Lite apps are in operation on behalf of State Bank of India for the convenience of the people. This app is available for use by all types of smartphone users such as Android, and iOS. Through these apps, people are using services like money transactions, ticket booking, online shopping, payment and recharge.

In addition, SBI YONO has 34.5 million registered users. A further 9 million users use YONO daily. And last December, 1.5 million new accounts were opened by YONO, and 91 percent of savings accountants may have started using YONO.
These apps have been announced to be inactive today (22/05/2021) from 12 midnight to 2 pm tomorrow (23/05/2021) for quality improvement work. Due to this, Internet Banking has announced that YONO and YONO Lite will not work. RTGS (Real-time gross settlement) operations will take place as usual.

The bank announced on its social media page that not all of LBI’s online services will be operational at this time. That is, it has been announced that these services will not be operational from 12.01 pm to 2 pm on May 23. These are not operational for maintenance work and we are trying to provide better banking service and customers are requested to cooperate with us.

Earlier on May 7 to 8, State Bank of India’s online services were affected due to maintenance. SBI has slashed its interest rate on home loans to 6.70 per cent for loans up to about Rs 30 lakh. It has also fixed the interest rate on home loans ranging from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 75 lakh at 6.95 per cent. 7.05 per cent for home loans above Rs 75 lakh. Customers will also get 5 basis points less if they apply for a loan through YONO. SBI has announced a special offer of 5 basis points for women borrowers.
