State Bank of India SBI, the country’s largest bank, has introduced new rules. The bank has taken a key decision in the wake of the rise in online and net banking transactions as well as online scams. With this the bank customers need to know one thing for sure.

It should be noted that getting SBI Mobile Banking services is no longer so easy. You will be able to use the SBI Yono app if you have a smartphone with a mobile number linked to your SBI account. Otherwise SBI will not be able to avail Yono services.

SBI has revealed this on its Twitter platform. SBI has taken a similar decision in the wake of rising banking frauds. His Yono app has further enhanced security. This means that if you want to use the SBI Yono app, you must have a registered mobile phone.
